Our Team

Our team are highly trained individuals and all certified in Heartsaver First Aid, CPR & AED.

Head teachers generally have a 4–year degree in Early Childhood Education (or a related field) plus experience. Other full-time teaching staff generally have a four or 2–year degree in Early Childhood Education (or a related field) and years of experience working with young children. All staff members receive on–going training which are federally funded. Come and meet with our team. Each and everyone of our team members are capable of working with all age-groups making our staff very versatile.

Estela Gapas, RN, MPH

The president and owner of PNG Inc. and a retired nurse of heart of gold has opened her doors to Guam's children since 1992 and continues to provide one of the best child care serivces on island.

Maureen Lujan, BS in Elem. Ed.

As the AM Director, Maureen has a heart of gold. She ensures our children experience the true meaning of being a child. Learning through play and exploration is her key to FUN.

Leony Zamora, BS in BA

With experience working for the royal family in Quatar, Leony holds so much under her belt and is a great asset to our growing team. As the head teacher for the preschoolers, she challenges them with routines, rules and activities.
